Before establishing BOLD180Youths, I grappled with embodying the principles it now champions. This struggle inadvertently led me to create barriers for myself, impeding my path to success and affecting others along the way. However, my journey of overcoming obstacles and seizing opportunities laid the groundwork for the organization’s mission to uplift and empower youths to: B.ELIEVE – O.VERCOME – L.EAD – D.ELIVER

Career Compass
Professional Development Program
Career Compass is a dynamic program designed to guide youths on their career path and prepare them for the workforce. From resume writing and interview skills workshops to job shadowing opportunities and networking events, Career Compass provides the tools and experiences needed to navigate the job market with confidence.
Community Changemakers
Social Impact Initiative
Community Changemakers is a hands-on program that empowers youths to create positive change in their communities through service projects and advocacy campaigns. From environmental conservation efforts to social justice initiatives, participants will learn about pressing issues facing their communities and develop action plans to address them.
